JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has the opportunity to become Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Golkar Party. "It is very possible that the changes to the AD/ART are in the National Conference. So every five years the changes are in the AD/ART. Adies explained that the position of chairman of the supervisory board is usually filled by senior Golkar Party cadres. However, he said, there are no clear written regulations that state that the chairman of the supervisory board may come from external or not. "If this supervisory board is usually a senior Golkar Party cadre, usually so, there is no explicitity in the AD/ART, whether it is permissible for outsiders or not it does not exist. But the habits in the Golkar Party from the past until now, whose name is the supervisory board, whose name is the advisory council, whose name is the advisory council, the expert council is in the Golkar Party's own seniors," explained the Deputy chairman of Commission III of the DPR.
