Allegedly Out Of Jealousy, Husband In Cengkareng Stabs Man Who Chats With His Wife

JAKARTA - A husband with the initials RS is suspected of stabbing a man with the initials YAP. This happened because the perpetrator was jealous of talking alone with his wife.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary said the incident was in Utan Village, Cengkareng District, West Jakarta, Saturday, August 17.

The incident began when the perpetrator saw his wife sitting alone with the victim at the scene. On that basis, the perpetrator went berserk and immediately stabbed the victim repeatedly.

"This incident was triggered because at that time the reported jealous saw the two victims chatting together," said Ade Ary when confirmed, Sunday, August 18.

Currently, the victim has been treated because several parts of his body have been stabbed.

"Victim 1 (YAP) suffered stab wounds to the neck, chest, back and head," he said

The former South Jakarta Metro Police Chief revealed that currently the case was being investigated by investigators from the Cengkareng Police. He also appealed to the public not to prioritize emotions to solve a problem.

" Handled by the Cengkareng Sector," he concluded.
