JAKARTA - Former convict Jessica Kumala Wongso is allowed to go abroad if she gets permission from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham).

Previously, Jessica Kumala Wongso officially became a client at the Class 1 Penitentiary (Bapas) in East Jakarta-North Jakarta, East Jakarta.
