Former Deputy Files New UN Management Lawsuit To Administrative Court

JAKARTA - Former Deputy Chairperson of the Crescent Star Party (PBB) Fuad Zakaria and a number of other parties are suing the Decree (SK) of the Minister of Law and Human Rights (Menkumham) regarding the new management of the UN DPP to the State Administrative Court (PTUN).

The attorney for the UN Rescue Team, Agus Slamet Hidayat, said the lawsuit had been registered online on Sunday, August 4, 2024. Currently, we are just waiting for the trial process.

"On Monday we checked, we were informed by the State Administrative Court (PTUN) that our pekara number is 272 and we are just waiting for the trial schedule," Agus told reporters, Monday, August 5.

In the lawsuit, there were two dispute objects, namely the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M.HH-04.AH.11.02 of 2024 concerning the Ratification of the UN DPP Composition and Personalities.

Then, the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M.HH-02.AH.11.03 of 2024 concerning the Ratification of the UN AD/ART.

"So we took the wetness from the Decree letter from the Minister of Law and Human Rights for us to ask for it to be canceled, because it is based on something that is against the law and is also against the party's AD/ART," he said.

Agus explained that his party considered that the two decrees from the Menkumham were flawed in the eyes of the law. This is because the letter was issued after receiving a letter of application from Yusril Ihza Mahendra on June 25, 2024.

At that time, Yusril had decided to resign from his position as General Chair of the United Nations

"Mr. Yusril committed violations on that side and therefore we ask that (fair) through internal procedures not be responded to, not responded to," he said.

"So, yes, we are the only way to find justice in the judiciary in the Administrative Court," he continued.

For information, in the new management, the position of Secretary General of the United Nations is now held by Mohammad Masduki. Masduki was previously the Chairman of the East Java UN DPW.

Then, there is also the name of Yusril Ihza Mahendra's son who sits in the ranks of the UN DPP management, including Yuri Kemal Fadhlullah who serves as UN Deputy General. Then, Kenia Khairunnisa Mahendra sat as the General Treasurer of the Crescent Star Party.
