JAKARTA - A meatball trader named Akhmad Gede Wahyu was found dead lying on his shop on Jalan Sunter Muara, Sunter Agung, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indardi, confirmed the incident. The incident was discovered on Saturday, August 3, at 04.38 WIB.

He explained that the incident began when the victim's uncle did not see Wahyu in the last few days. As a result, witness Sai'in, who was driving, tried to check into the victim's shop.

"When the witness opened the rolling door where the victim sold meatballs, after seeing the victim dead," said Ade Ary in his statement, Sunday, August 4.

When found, said Ade Ary, the victim had rotted and swelled. For this incident, the witness reported it to the police, for further action.

The police received direct information to the crime scene (TKP). Then carry out an investigation and evacuate the victim.

"It was found dead, swollen and smelled. The incident was reported to the Tanjung Priok Police," he said.
