I also withdrew the statement, because the statement was false, "he said. The league also withdrew its statement stated in the Investigation Report (BAP) at the Cirebon City Police in 2016. Because, the testimony presented at that time was not in accordance with the actual incident.

He emphasized that there was no threat that affected him, but when examined by investigators, he was in a state of fear so that he gave information that he considered inappropriate. In addition, the League revealed that during the investigation process he did not have a legal representative who accompanied him and only in 2024 did he get a legal representative. According to him, the information presented at this time could have a significant impact on the final decision on the PK's efforts submitted by the applicant, namely Saka Tatal. "If there is no threat, but he is more afraid of circumstances. The reason for withdrawing the BAP from 2016 is because this is my opportunity, because many good people also support me. In the past, no one believed it," he said. The PK trial held at the Cirebon District Court this Tuesday, is the third trial with the agenda of presenting fact witnesses. The applicant in this case Saka Tatal, presented at least eight fact witnesses, one of which was the Akbar League.
