Police Answer About The 'T' Figure Called Immunicable

JAKARTA - The National Police said that the examination of the Head of the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency (BP2MI) Benny Rhamdani was the first step in an investigation to investigate the figure of T who was said to be the controller of online gambling in Indonesia.

The statement was made by Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko when asked about the figure T who was said to be above the law.

"Yes, of course all information on the initial process must be carried out, right, this is just the information we get. So the basic steps for the information report are used as an investigation process by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police," Trunoyudo told reporters, Saturday, July 27.

The National Police is said to be processing the law of all parties who violate the crime. Of course, according to the applicable regulations. The statement also seemed to emphasize that the figure of T would be prosecuted if a criminal element was found in the investigation process.

"Then of course the result is how the legal process mechanism must be carried out according to the applicable rules of our nation and state," said Trunoyudo.

The Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri will examine Benny Rhamdani on Monday, July 29. The plan is for the examination to take place around 14.00 WIB.

Benny is known to have conveyed the figure of T who is said to be the controller of online gambling in Indonesia and is related to the Cambodian network.

Not only that, it was also stated that the figure T was also the mastermind behind the crime of scamming or online fraud based in Cambodia.

"Actually, it is very easy to catch who is the actor behind the online gambling business in Cambodia, and who is the actor behind the scamming online. I just need to mention the initials 'T'," said Benny

In fact, Benny also said that the figure of T was never touched by the law in Indonesia even though his identity was known.

"The president was shocked, the National Police Chief was shocked, a bit quite excited at the limited meeting at that time. This person is a person who during this republic's existence may not be touched by law," said Benny.
