JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has arrested a member of the DPR from the NasDem faction, Ujang Iskandar, regarding the alleged corruption case in the misappropriation of funds from the West Kotawaringin Government (Kobar).
The arrests were made when Ujang Iskandar arrived at Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Soetta) after returning from Vietnam, today.
"Secured by the Tabur Team at Terminal 3 Soetta at around 15:45 after returning from Vietnam," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar, Friday, July 26.
The arrest of the NasDem politician was mentioned at the request of the Central Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati).
Regarding the alleged criminal act committed, Harli could not provide details.
