ASDP Case Witness Targeted By KPK Regarding Cooperation With PT Jembatan Nusantara

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has finished examining the VP of the Legal Division of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Dewi Andriyani (DA) today. He was questioned about the acquisition and cooperation between the state-owned company and PT Jembatan Nusantara in 2019-2022.

"His knowledge of the acquisition process and due diligence process was deepened," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, July 23.

Actually, the KPK also scheduled an examination of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry's VP of Law in 2019-2023, Lilis Musiani (LM). However, he confirmed that he could not attend and asked for a reschedule.

"LM asks for a reschedule for the examination next Tuesday," said the spokesman with the investigator's background.

Previously reported, the KPK opened an investigation into alleged corruption at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry. Currently, four people have been prevented from leaving the country based on a letter sent to the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

The three people prevented from leaving the country were internal parties, namely HMAC, MYH, and IP. While the rest are private parties with the initials A.

The KPK is still closing the meeting on this investigation. However, three cars have been confiscated by investigators some time ago.
