2 Witnesses Examined By KPK Regarding Corruption Company Acquisition By PT ASDP

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned two witnesses in the alleged corruption case at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Indonesia) in 2019-2022. Both are former VP of the Legal Division of PT ASDP, Dewi Andriyani (DA) and Lilis Musiani (LM).. "Today the KPK conducted an examination of witnesses suspected of corruption," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, July 23. Tessa has not detailed the material for the examination of the two witnesses. However, both are suspected of knowing the business cooperation and acquisition process of PT Jembatan Nusantara by the state-owned company. "The examination was carried out at the Red and White Building on behalf of DA, VP of the Legal Division of PT ASDP for the period November 2017-2019 and LM, VP of PT ASDP for the period 2019-2023," he said. Previously, the KPK opened an investigation into the alleged corruption at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry. Currently, four people have been prevented from leaving the country based on a letter sent to the Directorate General of Immigration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

The three people who were prevented from leaving the country were internal parties, namely HMAC, MYH, and IP. While the rest are private parties with the initials A. The anti-corruption commission is still closing the meeting on this investigation. However, three cars have been confiscated by investigators some time ago.
