JAKARTA - Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil Qoumas inaugurated 28 madrasas buildings and three Integrated Hajj Service Center (PLHUT) buildings in West Java which were built through the financing of State Sharia Securities (SBSN) in 2024.
Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil expressed pride to ASN, especially in West Java, who was able to complete this SBSN project more quickly because it exceeded expectations.
"I would like to express my pride to all ASN in West Java who have succeeded in carrying out instructions related to this SBSN project. Some time ago, I made sure that this SBSN had to be completed in the third quarter. Thank God it was finished in June," he quoted Antara as saying.
He hopes that the construction of the SBSN building, especially for madrasas, can be added in West Java.

"Why is this important, because we know that education is a cultural process that lasts a long life continuously. The better the infrastructure, the more cultural processes we have will develop," he said.

"We all also know that today's madrasas are an option for our children. Because madrasas are able to outperform schools outside of us. So this madrasa has become a role model, becoming a setter trend for schools that will be chosen by our children," he said.
