Bareskrim's Response To Iptu Rudiana Reported Allegations Of Persecution 2016

JAKARTA - One of the convicts in the Vina Cirebon case, Hadi Saputra, reported Iptu Rudiana on suspicion of several crimes to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. Regarding this matter, the Directorate of General Crimes said that he had not officially received the report.

"We have not received the report," said the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro to reporters, Thursday, July 18.

The reporting file may still be at the SPKT Bureau of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. So, it has not been forwarded to the Directorate of General Crimes.

"Until now, the report has been forwarded to where we do not know, in Pidum, we have not received it," he said.

Meanwhile, when questioned about the examination of the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the West Java Police, Kombes Surawan, following the formal defect investigation process, Djuhandhani was reluctant to comment further.

Instead, it was explained that the development of handling the Vina and Eky Cirebon cases had been conveyed by the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

"Not yet, yesterday it was conveyed by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit by the National Police Chief," said Djuhandhani.

Iptu Rudiana was previously reported to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. There are several allegations of criminal acts committed by Eky's father, one of which is persecution.

The attorney for the family of the convict in the Vina Cirebon case, Roelly Pangabean, stated that the reported forms of abuse ranged from being trampled on to beatings using a lock.

"Macems are a form of abuse experienced by our clients, from being trampled on, then congestion, then the head lock is imposed on the head until it breaks its head and so on," he said.

In fact, from the information received by Rudiana's violent actions, it was to force the convicts who at that time had not been proven guilty of drinking urine.

However, Rudiana's form of violence and pressure is still suspected. Later, investigators will prove it by conducting an investigation and investigation process.

In the report, Iptu Rudiana is suspected of violating Article 422 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 351 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code, Article 333 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, Article 335 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code, Article 242 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code.
