JAKARTA - Iptu Rudiana was reported by the families of the convicts of the Vina Cirebon case for several alleged criminal acts, one of which was persecution, to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. The forms of abuse reported ranged from being trampled on to beating using a lock.

"Macems are a form of abuse experienced by our clients, from being trampled on, then congestion, then the head lock is imposed on the head until it breaks its head and so on," said the attorney for the family of the convict in the Vina Cirebon case, Roelly Pangabean to reporters, Wednesday, July 17.

In fact, from the information received by Rudiana's violent actions, it was to force the convicts who at that time had not been proven guilty of drinking urine.

However, Rudiana's form of violence and pressure is still suspected. Later, investigators will prove it by conducting an investigation and investigation process.

"Yes, there were also those who said that the convict was told to drink all the urine, right, these things are actually outside of humanity," he said.

"So I think this report is just an allegation, yes, we ask the investigators or the Police to dissect all of this," continued Roelly.

If all alleged criminal acts reported are proven, then, it will become a new novum for the convicts of the Vina Cirebon case to submit a Review or PK.

"Because of this problem, of course, with the series of reports we have carried out, everything will become a novum for us," said Roelly.

Iptu Rudiana was reported to Bareskrim Polri. The report is registered with the number LP/B/235/VII/2024/SPKT/BARESKRIM dated July 17, 2024.

In the report, Iptu Rudiana is suspected of violating Article 422 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 351 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code, Article 333 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, Article 335 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code, Article 242 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code.

The alleged criminal offense was committed by Rudiana when he was still in the rank of Aiptu and served in the Cirebon Police Narcotics Crime Unit.

Meanwhile, the convicts in the Vina Cirebon case were Rivaldi Aditya Wardana, Eko Ramadhani, Hadi Saputra, Jaya, Eka Sandi, Sudirman and Supriyanto.
