JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) led the inauguration of the TNI and Polri Presetya Officers (Praspa) in 2024 at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Tuesday 16 July 2024. The inauguration began at 08.00 WIB.
The inauguration was based on Presidential Decree Number 61/TNI/2024 and Presidential Decree Number 62/Polri/2024.
On this occasion, the President inaugurated and took the oath of a prospective youth officer consisting of 417 military Academy (Akmil) candidates, 129 Indonesian Navy Academy (AAL) capaja, 113 Indonesian Air Academy (AU) capaja, and 247 police Academy (Akpol).
"That I will fulfill the officer's obligations as well as possible, against the Indonesian people and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, which is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia," said the President dictating the oath of TNI/Polri officers.
The President also pinned the rank of officer receiving Adhi Makayasa (best graduates), from the Military Academy (Akmil) Second Lieutenant Infantry I Made Aditya Wahyu Palguna, from the Naval Academy (AAL) Lieutenant Dua Marines Mochamad Irvan Sugianto, from the Air Force Academy (AU) Lieutenant Dua Aviation Jofanka Hendhico Aritio, and from the Police Academy (Akpol) Police Inspector Dua Theodore Gomgom Octofarrel De Fatima.
In his mandate, the President as the ceremony inspector congratulated the inauguration of TNI and Polri officers.

"I am proud that you have passed a very, very hard, physical and mental, academic and skill learning. I am proud that you have mastered a lot of science and technology," said Jokowi.
