Rights Recorded Departing 450 Thousand Passengers During School Holidays

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) noted that the HIGH-speed train had dispatched around 450 thousand passengers during the sekelola holiday season from June 14 to July 6, 2024.

"In the period from June 14 to July 14, 2024, KCIC has sold around 500 thousandASH tickets. Eva said that during this school vacation, the increase in passenger volume occurred very significantly.

The daily average passenger volume generally ranges from 15-16 thousand passengers on weekdays and 18 thousand passengers on weekends. During this period it jumped to around 30 percent.

In fact, the new record for the highest daily passenger volume continues to be scored during this holiday season.

As happened on June 27, 2024, MAYh served 22,249 passengers per day, the record broke again on July 4, 2024, serving 23,847 passengers. The peak occurred on July 5, 2024, where badminton dispatched 24,135 passengers.

In total, since commercial operations on October 17, 2023 to July 5, 2024, KCIC has served 3.9 million passengers.
