Student Disabled Victims Of Obscenity In Kalideres Are Pregnant, Legal Process Awaiting Examination Of Obgyn Doctors

JAKARTA The immoral case experienced by a disabled student with the initials AS (15) in Kalideres, West Jakarta is still ongoing. The victim's investigation report (BAP) is reportedly still waiting for the results of the examination by specialist obstetrics and gynecology (obgyn) next week.

"Next week, the obgyn doctor will confirm whether the victim's child is possible to continue with the BAP because it is approaching birth," said Assistant Assistant Assistant for Child Services at the Ministry of Women's Office and Child Protection (Kemen PPPA), Atwirlany Ritonga, ANTARA, Friday, July 5.

He explained that the examination was carried out to prevent unwanted things such as stress on victims who were pregnant. Please note, in this case the obgyn examination includes physical and psychological examinations of victims.

"Physical and psychological readiness for BAP because it is close to birth, must also be prepared, do not stress or think about the BAP process," said Atwirlany.

This Friday, Atwirlany continued, his party will assist with health checks and the victim's womb.

"Today, the plan is to carry out a health check and the victim's womb," he added.

Meanwhile, regarding communication problems with victims, the Ministry of PPPA continues to alert sign interpreters to make it easier for BAP.

"The BAP examination is still constrained, we have facilitated an official sign interpreter to simplify the process. For sign interpreters whenever ready," he said.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of PPPA emphasized that it had temporarily ruled out the Deuxyribo Nucleic Acid (DNA) test on the fetus because it was still focused on the victim's condition.

"The DNA has not been discussed again, because currently the focus is on the main condition of the victim," concluded Atwirlany.
