JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono inaugurated house repairs with a vertical land consolidation scheme inhabited by 9 heads of families (KK).
This process involves the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) in terms of granting land rights to recipients of house repairs.
The land rights consist of one joint Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) document, one use rights document, and nine Sarusun Ownership Certificate (SHM) documents.
"This residence is the first vertical land consolidation in Indonesia that has been successfully realized through the cooperation of various parties," said Heru in Palmerah Village, West Jakarta, Wednesday, July 3.
The consolidation of vertical land, in this case, is the arrangement of houses with different land ownership to be built into one residential area similar to a flat.
Heru explained, initially per family owned a house with a maximum area of 10 square meters. With the construction of this vertical house in Palmerah, each family can live in a house with 18 square meters.
However, with the merger of the building, the nine families who received the house arrangement program could not just sell their land.
"Consolidation of land and buildings is useful, because initially the area was approximately 5-10 meters, yes, the residential land (per). This can be wider," said Heru.
