JAKARTA The circulation of CCTV footage after the discovery of the body of a woman in Cipayung, East Jakarta, Tuesday night, July 2, raises speculation that the body is a murder victim. Moreover, there is a police statement regarding the allegation.

The news of the discovery of the woman's body in a suitcase has been blowing since Tuesday night, July 2. Residents of Cipayung around the crime scene (TKP), burst and smelled an unpleasant odor from a boarding house.

Cipayung sector police officers who received reports from residents immediately arrived at the location of the findings. Meanwhile, during the TKP inspection process, residents got a video of CCTV footage showing the figure of a man suspected of being an Arab citizen carrying a large suitcase that came out of the boarding houses.

The results of the interview at the scene, one of the residents with the initials T explained that he saw a foreign citizen figure getting out of the car carrying a large suitcase.

"Get out of the car, bring a large suitcase. Get into the alley there. That's why when people say there are corpses, we are shocked. That's it. That's it. On Sunday (June 30), someone got out of the car carrying a large suitcase in that direction," said T, to reporters, Tuesday night, July 2.

"Anyway, someone brought a large suitcase. It looks like CCTV too," he continued.

T added that only one person was carrying a suitcase, but there was another person behind him with an Arab face. T said the man who was carrying a black suitcase was a bald-headed man.

"Those who brought one person's suitcase were only other people. Behind them," he said.
