Complete Hospital Project Corruption Files In Dompu, NTB Prosecutor's Office Waits For Delegation Of Suspects

JAKARTA - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) stated that the case file belongs to a corruption suspect in the construction project of the Pratama Manggelewa Hospital in Dompu Regency, complete or P-21.

"So, we are now just waiting for the second phase of the process, the transfer of the suspect and evidence of the case from the police investigators," said NTB Attorney General Efrien Saputera in Mataram, Tuesday, July 2, as quoted by Antara.

However, the Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police, Police Commissioner Rio Indra Lesmana, admitted that his party had not received any information from investigators.

"If there is information about that, we will inform you later," said Rio.

The regional government-owned hospital construction project came from the 2017 Dompu Regency APBD with a budget ceiling of IDR 17 billion.

From the results of the auction, the name of the company with the initials SA from Makassar, South Sulawesi (Sulsel) emerged as the winner of the project with an offering price of IDR 15.76 billion.

In the construction process, it appears that the alleged work does not meet the specifications according to the plan. In fact, the project was delayed, causing a fine that was reportedly paid in full.

The Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) of the NTB Police, Senior Commissioner of Police Nasrun Pasaribu, previously revealed that there was a suspect determination after receiving the audit results of the calculation of state financial losses from the NTB Representative State Financial Supervisory Agency (BPKP).

Regarding the identity of the suspect and the nominal loss from the BPKP audit results, Nasrun requested that this be revealed during the trial.

However, the Head of the Dompu Health Service, Maman, who has now stopped holding the position, has previously admitted that he is one of two suspects. For other suspects, it was revealed from the private sector.
