Police Call The Perpetrator Of The Murder Of His Wife In Pulogadung A Permanent Employee Of PT KAI In Jatinegara

Andika Ahid Widianto (26), an employee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) is a permanent employee of a state-owned company (BUMN). He became a suspect on suspicion of murder of his wife.

"The suspect is a permanent employee, a BUMN employee," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly accompanied by Deputy Chief of Police AKBP Burhanuddin to reporters, Tuesday, July 2.

The suspect is an employee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (PT KAI), in the workshop sector at Cipinang Depo. From his identity, the couple is listed as a resident of Bekasi City.

"The work of BUMN employees of PT KAI, warehouse division (Dipo Cipinang) in Jatinegara, East Jakarta," he said.

In addition, the East Jakarta Metro Police will also conduct a psychological examination of the suspect Andika in the near future.

"We will examine the suspect psychologically with the expert," he said.

As previously reported, the East Jakarta Metro Police managed to uncover the motive for the murder carried out by an employee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) named Andika Ahid Widianto (26) against his wife at a rented house in a narrow alley, Jalan Asoka, Pulogebang District, East Jakarta.

"The motive is jealousy. The suspect accuses the victim of having an affair with other people," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to reporters, Tuesday, July 2.
