Police Investigate Cause Of Self-Defense Man At Cimindi Flyover Bandung

BANDUNG - The Bandung City Police (Polrestabes), West Java investigated the cause of an unidentified man who was found hanging himself on the Cimindi flyover, Bandung City on Friday morning.

Police Supervisory Officer (Pawas) Andir Iptu Ano Somarno said officers who received information from the public immediately moved to the location to carry out the identification process.

"I received information from the public that from the morning I immediately rushed to the scene, someone hanged himself and allegedly hanged himself," said Ano, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, June 28.

He said the identity of the man hanging was still under investigation and upon arrival at the location, his condition was in a state of dependence.

"Identity is explored by the Bandung Police Inafis," he said.

According to Ano, based on the initial examination with the Bandung Police Inafis team, there were no traces of abuse on the victim's body.

"There is no visible sign of violence. It is still under investigation," he said.

The evacuation process for the victim's body lasted for 30 minutes and had been evacuated to the Sartika Asih Hospital in Bandung for an autopsy.
