Ayi allegedly accidentally pulled the grenade lighter, causing a fairly loud explosion that left four people injured, then had to receive medical treatment at the hospital.

The police, who received reports of the incident, went straight to the location and secured the blast area, also took four injured victims to the hospital, to further investigate the whereabouts of the grenade.

"There were four victims. The victim evacuated to the hospital and carried out further investigations into the origin of the grenade," said Asep.
