JAKARTA - The founder of the Democratic Party, Ilal Ferhard, advised Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) to be wise in responding to the results of the Sibolangit Deli Serdang Extraordinary Congress (KLB) in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

According to him, AHY does not need to panic and be afraid if his leadership, from the results of the 5th Congress in Jakarta by acclamation, does not have legal problems.

"No need to be afraid (respond to KLB Deli Serdang / red). No need to bring a group of anti-KLB troops," said Ilal when contacted by VOI, Tuesday, March 16.

He was surprised if the AHY camp doubted the validity of the KLB Deli Serdang which had chosen Moeldoko as chairman. Even though he said, it was precisely the congress that was held to win AHY that was making it up.

The reason is, many regulations are not in accordance with AD / ART. As discussed outside the congress to change the contents of the preamble.

"In fact, I said that the AD / ART of the 2020 Congress was a hoax. They called the KLB a fake, so they were tricking it," said Ilal.

Furthermore, Ilal explained that KLB Deli Serdang had registered its management at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Even though there were some shortcomings, his party has fixed things that must be completed.

"Yesterday it was completed. We were given a list of new daily administrators, the general secretary, etc. So that we are accepted," said the senior who supported the KLB takeover of the Democratic leadership.

Ilal said the files were registered by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on Monday evening, March 15. The file was received by the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU).

In fact, he said, the Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly already knew about the filing of the file. Yasonna, he claimed, gave a long time to complete the shortcomings of the Deli Serdang KLB results file.

"I even appreciate the attitude of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in responding to this. It means that professionally it does not take sides anywhere. Because yesterday there was also a group from the circus (Kubu AHY), asking not to be accepted, just being rejected because the KLB was fake," he said.

"But in fact we are well received, there is no partiality whatsoever," said Ilal.
