Presiden Prabowo Terima KSAD Maruli Bahas Program Tuntas TNI AD

JAKARTA - Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto received Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) General Maruli Simanjuntak, at the Jakarta Presidential Palace to discuss a number of programs that have been completed by the Indonesian Army.

"Accompanied by the Minister of Defense Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, President Prabowo received reports regarding the completion of a number of TNI AD programs," reads a written statement accompanying the photo quoted from Antara.

A number of TNI AD programs have been completed, namely the 3,355 water points and pipelines to irrigate rainsheds covering an area of 48,043 hectares. Another program is the repair of the soldiers' official houses in the number of 2,596 units and the procurement of new official vehicles in the amount of 304 units, as well as the repair of 221 Koramil offices.

The program that was also able to be completed by the Indonesian Army, namely the construction of dozens of facilities, such as swimming pools, training infrastructure, and other facilities.

"A number of these programs are intended to improve the welfare of TNI AD soldiers," reads the photo caption.

As for the photo upload, President Prabowo seemed to shake hands with KASAD General Maruli Simanjuntak.

In the second photo onwards, President Prabowo, who wore a light brown shirt, was seen chairing a meeting with KASAD accompanied by Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
