KPK Cecar Racer And Property Boss Zahir Ali Regarding Allegations Of Land Procurement Corruption In Rorotan

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the racer who is also the boss of the property, Zahir Ali as a witness. He was asked for information regarding the alleged corruption in the procurement of land for DP 0 rupiah in Rorotan, North Jakarta.

"It is true that ZA was investigated in connection with an investigation conducted by the KPK related to the alleged corruption in land acquisition in Rorotan, Jakarta," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Thursday, June 19.

Tessa did not elaborate further on the investigation on Wednesday, June 19 yesterday. However, investigators questioned him regarding his position in a property company allegedly related to the development of the case of the former President Director (Managing Director) of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles Pinontoan.

"Broadly speaking, the examination is related to the position or main duties in the company concerned," he said.

Previously reported, the KPK has asked the Directorate General of Immigration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to prevent 10 people from leaving the country in connection with the development of alleged corruption in land acquisition that ensnared the former Managing Director of Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles Pinontoan. This effort was made to facilitate the request for information.

This prevention has been carried out since June 12. They are prohibited from traveling abroad for the next six months and can be extended according to the needs of investigators
