JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (Menko PMK), Muhadjir Effendy assessed the burning case against Brigadier Rian Dwi Wicaksono (RDW) by his wife who is also a female police officer (Polwan), First Brigadier FN in Mojokerto, East Java, has entered a very severe level.

"It's very bad, we already know that," said Muhadjir at the Jakarta Presidential Palace complex as reported by ANTARA, Monday, June 10.

However, he did not explain further the reason for the case to be very severe.

Muhadjir only said that it would be better if the investigation of the case was asked to the Head of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri).

"Ask the National Police Chief, ask me a question period," said Muhadjir.

Previously, the East Java Regional Police revealed the motive of a policewoman with the initials Brigadier FN to burn her husband Briptu RDW who is also a member of the National Police in Mojokerto.

"The record of this incident is the first motive. The motive is that Brigadier Rian often spends money spending that should be used to finance the lives of his three children, sorry, this is used to play online gambling," said Head of Public Relations of the East Java Police Kombes Dirmanto in Surabaya, Sunday (9/6).

The stabbing that occurred to the police husband and wife began when the victim returned home. The beginning of the dispute was called because his wife, Brigadier FN, was annoyed with the behavior of the victim, who he said often spent his household money playing gambling.

Dirmanto said the dispute occurred after the victim returned from his place of work at the Jombang Police Station.

Arriving at the house located in the police dormitory on Jl. Pahlawan, Miji Village, Kranggan District, Mojokerto City, the victim and his wife had an argument. The clash continued with the watering of gasoline by First Brigadier FN on her husband.

According to Dirmanto, not far from the victim's position, there was a source of fire that was not clearly mentioned. As a result, the spark of gasoline caused the fire to grab the victim.
