Dossier Almost P21, Former Managing Director Of Adam Malik Hospital Medan Dr. Bambang Prabowo Immediately Tried For Corruption Cases

JAKARTA - The Medan District Attorney's Office will immediately delegate the second stage of the alleged corruption case amounting to Rp8.05 billion, the former Managing Director of RSUP H Adam Malik Medan Dr. Bambang Prabowo. "In the near future, the Medan Kejari investigating team will delegate phase two to the public prosecutor," said Head of Special Crimes (Pidsus) of the Medan Kejari Mochamad Ali Rizza, in Medan, Thursday, June 6, confiscated by Antara.

The second phase of delegation, he continued, was the submission of evidence and suspects from investigators to the Medan Kejari public prosecutor (JPU), after the case file was declared complete or P21.

Rizza also said that after the handover of responsibilities and evidence was carried out, the Medan Kejari Pidsus team would prepare an indictment. The Medan Kejari Pidsus investigator named Dr. Bambang Prabowo as a suspect in all three allegations of corruption in the management of state finances of the Public Service Agency (BLU) RSUP H Adam Malik for the 2018 fiscal year on Tuesday 23 April. Previously, two suspects were named, namely former BLU Treasurer RSUP H Adam Malik Ardriansyah Daulay on Wednesday 27 May, and former Finance Director of RSUP H Adam Malik Mangapul Bakara on Tuesday 2 April.

Atas perbuatan ketiga tersangka itu, telah mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara berdasarkan perhitungan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI sebesar Rp8,05 miliar lebih.Adapun modus perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh ketiga tersangka tersebut secara bersama-sama memungut pajak, namun tidak disetorkan ke kas negara.Para tersangka dijerat Pasal 2 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 3 juncto Pasal 18 Undang-undang No.20/2021 tentang Perubahan atau Undang-undang No.31/1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHPidana."Selanjutnya berkas perkara tersebut akan dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan Tipikor Pengadilan Negeri Medan untuk disidangkan," kata Ali Rizza.
