Muhaimin: Regional Head Of PKB Firmly Leaders Of Government

Chairman of the PKB DPP H Muhaimin Iskandar ensured that the regional head resulting from the 2024 Pilkada from this party would be upright with national leadership.

"Regional heads from PKB as a result of the simultaneous regional elections are part of the government, whoever the leader is," said Muhaimin during the briefing of candidates for regional heads in the Central Java region who will fight in the 2024 Pilkada in Semarang, reported by ANTARA, Thursday, June 6.

According to him, this has been conveyed to the elected president Prabowo Subianto about regional heads who come from PKB as part of the upcoming government.

"There must be synchronization at the central and regional levels," he added.

Nationally, he said, there were around three thousand candidates who registered with PKB to advance in regional elections at the district/city to provincial levels.

Thus, he continued, PKB has a large stock of candidate leaders.

According to him, the candidates for regional heads who register through this party not only come from PKB, but also other political parties.

"I thank other party cadres who registered through PKB from wherever the candidate source came from," he said.

Cak Imin explained that the series of selections was seriously carried out through analysis of various important considerations.

"Thus, there will be candidates who will not only have a capacity and quality, but most importantly win in the regional elections," he added.

He hopes that in the regional elections as an open competition, there will be no use of the apparatus or others.
