JAKARTA - Acting (Plt) Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Housing Agency, Sarjoko, emphasized that the land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, East Jakarta was not for the land for the IDR 0 DP house construction program.
Sarjoko admitted that his party did not know anything about the land corruption that dragged PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya's Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) President Director, Yoory C Pinontoan.
"It has nothing to do with the zero DP program," said Sarjoko, Sunday, March 14.
Sarjoko explained that the IDR 0 house program that had been planned with PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya was only in three places. Namely in Pondok Kelapa which is the first location for residential development and in Cilangkap. As well as another location in Pulo Gebang which is the construction still constrained until now.
"If it is related to the location in Pondok Ranggon, until now we have not been informed whether it will be used for what, we also do not know," he explained.
Sarjoko added that there has been no official discussion between the Housing Agency and PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya regarding the provision of the land. Before this case was handled by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
"What Sarana Jaya wants to make, we also don't know. That means, so far, it has not been officially informed to us that it will be used for zero DP occupancy, for example, it has never been," he said.
Previously, the Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Riza Patria, said that the land purchased by the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, one of which was for the construction of a IDR 0 DP house.
"More or less what Sarana Jaya bought (in Munjul) was for (program) a 0 DP house, among them yes," said Deputy Governor Riza, Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
