PKS Suspects There Is An Influence Of The Ruler Behind The Supreme Court's Decision

JAKARTA - Secretary of the PKS Jakarta DPW, Abdul Aziz, suspects that there is an influence by the regime or the ruler behind the issuance of Supreme Court Decision (MA) Number 23 P/HUM/2024 which changes the minimum age limit for regional head candidates in the 2024 Pilkada.

"The public can certainly judge that there is shrimp behind the stone for the decision. Democracy and law have been colonized by the current regime," he said, Sunday, June 2, 2024.

According to him, it is not too difficult for the public to read where the Supreme Court's decision is, namely smoothing the youngest son of President Joko Widodo, Kaesang Pangarep to advance in the 2024 Pilkada.

He emphasized that if the decision was not related to the current regime dynasty, then it should be applied in the next regional election, not in the 2024 Pilkada.
