"The revitalization of Rp. 39 billion is realized in the form of making pedestrians and structuring roads located on Jalan Lada along 390 square meters and Jalan Kalibesar Timur along 208 square meters," said Sigit Priambodo, Director of PT Triyasa Propertindo in a statement, Saturday, June 1.
According to him, the Old Town Arrangement project is a form of the Implementation of the Conversion Principle Permit for Financing Obligations and Construction of Cheap/Sederhan Flats.
The principle permit was issued by the DKI Jakarta Province Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMTPSP) to PT Aruna Kirana qq PT Madara Swarna.
"We are proud to be able to contribute to the project revitalization of Kota Tua which is one of the legendary areas in Jakarta that has historical value, architecture and landscape of a region of high art value," said Sigit.
The work on this project is proof of PT Triyasa Propertindo's commitment as a developer to the Government for the construction of the Gran Rubina Business Park office building located in the Rasuna Epicentrum area, Kuningan, South Jakarta.
PT Aruna Kirana qq PT Madara Swarna has held a handover ceremony for the realization of pedestrian arrangements in Kota Tua Jakarta to the Provincial Government which will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Jakarta City Hall.
"Hopefully the revitalization of Kota Tua Jakarta through the construction of sidewalks carried out by PT Aruna Kirana qq PT Madara Swarna can provide comfort for Jakarta residents, especially when in Kota Tua Jakarta," said Sigit.
