Calls East Jakarta Residents Want Budisatrio Nyagub, Gerindra: Maybe Because Of Good Looking

JAKARTA - Deputy Gerindra Party, Habiburokhman opened his voice about the rumors of Budisatrio Djiwandono-Kaesang Pangarep running for the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada. He acknowledged that many people in his constituency in East Jakarta wanted Budisatrio to run as a candidate for governor of Jakarta. "It is true that there are so many aspirations of the people of Jakarta, especially people from East Jakarta, my constituency that wants to nominate Mas Budi Djiwandono as Governor of Jakarta for the next period," Habiburokhman told reporters, Thursday, May 30. From his assessment, the public considers Prabowo's nephew, who serves as Deputy Gerindra Deputy, to have a beautiful and intelligent look. "Maybe because of his young figure who was then smart, humble and good looking, this is what I have caught from several meetings with various kinds of East Jakarta residents and from various backgrounds," said Habiburokhman. Nevertheless, Habiburokhman said that Budisatrio's poster paired with Kaesang which circulated on social media was just an aspiration. "Regarding Pak Budi Djiwandono's poster with Mas Kaesang, I think it is a form of conveying people's aspirations to us," he said. Habiburokhman emphasized that Gerindra has not officially appointed Budisatrio-Kaesang as the cagub and cawagub of Jakarta 2024. The decision regarding the Jakarta Pilkada Cakada, he said, will be announced by Prabowo Subianto as the general chairman of Gerindra. "The official decision will be announced by Mr. Dasco based on Pak Prabowo's decision in due course," he concluded. Previously, the Daily Chairperson of Gerindra Sufmi Dasco Ahmad and the famous Presenter announced Budisatrio Djiwandono and Kaesang Pangarep as Candidates for Governor and Candidate for Deputy Governor (Cawagub) of Jakarta 2024.

The announcement was shared by Dasco and Raffi on his personal Instagram account on Wednesday, May 29. In his upload, Dasco wrote Budisatrio Djiwandono-Kaesang Pangarep for Jakarta 2024. Meanwhile, Raffi invited the community to support the couple. "Mas @budjiwandono and Mas @kaesangp For Jakarta. Semangaaaaaaaat Anak Mudaaa," wrote Raffi Ahmad.
