13th Salary For ASN And PPPK 2024 In Mataram Liquid In June, Utuh Without Participation

MATARAM - The City Government (Pemkot) of Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province, has prepared a budget of IDR 30.3 billion for the payment of the 13th salary for ASN and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) in 2024. The 13th salary disbursement is made every year and is scheduled for June, because it aims to help with education funds. Head of the Mataram City Regional Finance Agency (BKD) HM Syakirin Hukmi said the Rp30.3 billion budget allocation included for the 13th Employee Income (TPP) of 50 percent. "This means that the total salary of the 13 is IDR 25.7 billion and the remaining IDR 4.6 billion is the 13th TPP budget of 50 percent of the TPP received by ASN every month," he said in Mataram, Antara, Wednesday, May 29. In accordance with PP 16 of 2022, the 13th salary given to civil servants is one basic salary according to the group. Each ASN and PPPK receive their 13th salary in full without any pieces, as was the case when receiving the holiday allowance (THR). "If you give a salary every month, ASN has pieces for a loan or something. But when you receive the 13 pieces of salary it is not done so that civil servants receive a full salary," he said.

Meanwhile, data from the Mataram City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency noted that the number of ASN and PPPK in Mataram City was around 5,000 people.
