Investigate The Tin Corruption Case, The Attorney General's Office Examines Sandra Dewi's Personal Assistant

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has examined four witnesses in the handling of the alleged corruption case in the tin commodity trading system in the Mining Business Permit (IUP) area of PT Timah Tbk from 2015 to 2022. One of them has the initials RP, which is a personal assistant to Sandra Dewi.

"(The examination of) RP as the personal assistant of the wife of suspect HM (Harvey Moeis)," said Head of the AGO, Ketut Sumedana in a statement, Tuesday, May 28.

Meanwhile, the other three witnesses who were also questioned were the Field Coordinator of PT Tinindo Inter Nusa, PL; Secretary of the Security Division of PT TimahTbk, SMD; and the Director of PT Sarijuna Binasentosa with the initials HRT.

However, Ketut did not elaborate on the results of the examination of the four witnesses, especially the personal assistant to Harvey Moeis' wife.

It was only conveyed that their examination was to investigate the alleged corruption case of tin that has named many suspects.

"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Ketut.

Sandra Dewi is said to be included in the vortex of the alleged tin corruption case. Because, her husband, Harvey Moeis, has been named a suspect.

In handling it, Sandra Dewi has been questioned twice. To be precise, on April 4 and May 15, 2024.

Apart from Harvey Moeis, the AGO has named 20 other suspects. One of them is Helena Lim or known as crazy rich, Indak Kapuk Beach (PIK).
