The North Korean Foreign Ministry issued the statement hours after South Korean PresidentYoon Suk Yeol, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang held a Summit in Seoul, Monday, May 27.
"This is a joke and trick against regional countries and the international community that ROK (South Korean official name) talks about denuclearization, peace and stability," a spokesman for the North Korean Foreign Ministry said in a statement released by the Korean Central News Agency, reported by ANTARA from Yonhap.
In the joint declaration, the three parties reaffirmed their respective attitudes regarding the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and the issue of kidnapping and continued efforts to resolve politics on the peninsula issue.
"A comprehensive denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula has died theoretically, practically and physically," said the ministry.

North Korea, he continued, will firmly defend its national sovereignty and dignity from all enemy forces to deny its sovereignty.
