At the Pulogadung service, 11W has a stopping point for Klender Station - Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai - Jalan Raya Bekasi - Jalan Pulolio - Jalan Pulo Kambing Raya - Jalan Pulo Ayang Raya - Jalan Pulo Buaran - Jalan Pulo Gadung - Jalan Bekasi Raya - Pulo Gadung Terminal.
Meanwhile, at the direction of Klender Station, this route has a stopping point at Pulogadung Terminal - Jalan Bekasi Raya - Jalan Pulo Gadung - Jalan Pulo Buaran (turn back) - Jalan Pulo Ayang Raya - Jalan Pulo Kambing Raya - Jalan Pulolio - Jalan Raya Bekasi - Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai - Klender Station.
Wibowo explained, this route has 58 stopping points with low-floor bus types that are disability-friendly. This bus operates on non-BRT lines.
