Twice Examined, Sandra Dewi Is Still A Witness, Not A Suspect

Actress Sandra Dewi is said to have been named a suspect in the case of alleged corruption in the tin commodity trading system in the Mining Business Permit (IUP) area of PT Timah Tbk from 2015 to 2022. Although, in handling the case, Harvey Moeis' wife has been questioned twice.

"We are still examining the person concerned as a witness," said the Director of Investigation at the Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the AGO, Kuntadi, Wednesday, May 15.

Until now, Sandra Dewi is still a witness. The examination was also carried out to find out the asset distribution scheme implemented in her family

"We are still examining the person concerned as a witness with the aim of making it clear, to what extent is the division of assets between the suspect HM and his elementary school brother," said Kuntadi.

Sandra Dewi is known to have undergone an examination for 10 hours. Harvey Moeis' wife arrived at the AGO since 08.00 WIB. Then, left the building of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at around 18.30 WIB.

Sandra Dewi came out of the examination room with her head down. He even seemed to hold back tears.

Previously, investigators had examined Sandra Dewi on April 4, 2024. The request for information process lasted for several hours.

Meanwhile, in this case, the AGO has named 21 suspects. Two of them are Harvey Moeis and Helena Lim or known as crazy rich at Indak Kapuk Beach (PIK).
