Terbit City Study Tour Rules, West Java Governor Hopes Tourism Bus Accident Not Repeated

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of West Java (Jabar) Bey Kalihi Machmudin hopes that tourism bus accidents, especially in studies tours like the last time they occurred in Subang, will no longer be repeated cases.

"Security, including students, the main teacher, should not happen again, we hope this will last, in West Java and nationally. Do not let students have accidents. Do not let sadness end with a study tour," said Bey at Gedung Sate Bandung, Monday, May 13, confiscated by Antara.

Bey himself has issued a circular letter (SE) asking schools of various levels in West Java to conduct a study tour in the city, or the maximum in the province, in addition to security reasons, also so that there is an economic movement in West Java itself.

Nevertheless, Bey said that the implementation of the study tour in the province was in the form of an appeal, and if anyone had planned the tourism activities such as the Tourism Vocational School which planned for Yogyakarta, his party could not prohibit it.

"So if it can still be changed, it doesn't cause harm, please change it and please adjust it. The reason is, we have everything in West Java, tourism has, industry has, what else do you want, there is everything in West Java," he said.
