President Jokowi said that the construction and repair of roads in NTB Province which were built and completed in 2023, there were five roads in four districts.

"It is in West Lombok, West Sumbawa, Sumbawa, and is in Bima," said Jokowi when inaugurating the IJD segment of Lembar-Gili Mas in West Lombok Regency, NTB, quoted by ANTARA.

Jokowi said that the total budget for repairs and construction of the five 40.63 kilometers of IJD roads reached Rp. 211.84 billion.

"This is a budget that is not small," he said.

The President hopes that with the repair of five road points on the islands of Lombok and Sumbawa, it will be able to facilitate the movement of logistics towards logistics areas in NTB.

"Good at agricultural areas, plantation areas, everything can be supported by good roads," he said.

The five sections of the IJD road, which were inaugurated by President Jokowi in NTB, are Jalan Lembar-Sekotong-Pelangan (Segmen Lembar-Gili Mas) in West Lombok Regency. The length of the road reaches 7.47 kilometers with a budget of IDR 87.11 billion.

Furthermore, Polamata-Jelenga Street in West Sumbawa Regency (KSB) is 2.1 kilometers long with a budget of Rp. 15.74 billion and Jalan Sabedo Dalam-Bukit Planning in Sumbawa Regency for 4.2 kilometers with a budget of Rp. 22.75 billion.

Then, Lenangguar-Teladan Street in Sumbawa Regency with a length of 1.6 kilometers and a budget of Rp. 9 billion and Jalan Wilamaci-Karabu-Sape in Bima Regency with a length of 25.26 kilometers with a cost of Rp. 77.24 billion.
