JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the investment management of PT Taspen (Persero), which has a value of IDR 1 trillion. Senior Vice President of Capital Market Investment and Money Market of PT Taspen, Labuan Nababan was questioned on Friday, April 26 yesterday. "“Located at the KPK's Red and White Building, the investigative team has finished examining witnesses," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters in a written statement, Monday, April 29. Ali said Labuan was being questioned by investigators about the investment made by the company. The value is approximately IDR 1 trillion. "The witness was present and confirmed, among other things, regarding the placement and management of investment in Taspen funds of approximately Rp. 1 trillion," he said. Previously reported, the KPK decided to increase allegations of corruption at PT Taspen (Persero) from investigation to investigation. Requests for prevention abroad against the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights have also been carried out. Based on information circulating, they are Antonius N.S. Kosasih, who has now been disabled from his position and Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto as President Director of Insight Investments Management. In this case, the KPK suspects that there was a fictitious investment that caused state losses of up to hundreds of billions of rupiah. This is an initial calculation because the amount can still increase according to the results issued by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).
