South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office Auctions Rubicon Mario Dandy's Car To Be Handed Over To David Ozora

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari) has started auctioning evidence in the form of a luxury Rubicon car belonging to Mario Dandy with an opening price of Rp809 million. The auction started on April 19. The proceeds from the auction, the money will be handed over to David Ozora, a victim of Mario Dandy's persecution.

"Evidence of Rubicon's car is currently in the auction process. We have announced on the official Instagram of the prosecutor's office and several media, we have announced that starting on 19 (April)," said South Jakarta Kejari Chief Haryoko Ari Prabowo to reporters at the South Jakarta Kejari, Wednesday, April 24.

He said that several had registered to participate in the luxury car auction process. Later, the highest price will be taken from all registered participants.

"We are waiting and someone has registered only one or two, hopefully many will join. We are looking for the highest price," he said.

Haryoko said the price offer started at Rp809 million and the price was decent. Because the market is still quite expensive.

He ensured that the condition of the car was maintained and suitable for sale at this price so that it was hoped that it would sell quickly and the results would all be handed over to the victim David Ozora.

For how to participate in the auction, said Kajari, the public can register with the Jakarta IV State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL).

"The public please register and provide a security deposit. Then follow the process as it should, we will open anyone who wants to join, please," he said.

Furthermore, the plan is to decide on the winner of the auction on Friday, April 26. Later the results will be submitted to the victim according to the court's decision.

"Maybe on Friday we will announce it. Hopefully it will run smoothly. We will hand over all the proceeds from the auction to the victim. So the public can monitor how far this process is carried out, how much money is earned and how much money is handed over," he concluded.
