Coordinating Minister For Human Development And Culture Muhadjir Ensures Accident Victims With Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Roads Get Insurance

Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (PMK) Muhadjir Effendy said that victims of consecutive accidents at KM 58 of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road will benefit from insurance. A total of 12 people died in this incident.

"All from Jasa Raharja ensure that everything will be covered for insurance," Muhadjir told reporters at the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Command Center KM 29, Monday, April 8.

Muhadjir revealed that 12 people who died were the driver and passenger of the Gran Max minibus.

"Meanwhile, for the bus there was no significant damage, then it hit the victim who was lightly injured (summed, red) two, also one who was able to witness that it came from the bus, conductor and one passenger," he explained.

Muhadjir ensured that all parties would find out the identity of the victims of this successive collision. Currently, only two Gran Max passengers have their identities found.

As a result of this incident, the police brought 12 body bags from the accident site to the Karawang Hospital to be identified.

This incident occurred when a car from the direction of Jakarta took the contraflow route at KM 58 of the Cikampek Toll Road. The car then swerved and crashed into a bus on the Bandung-Jakarta route.

Then, there was another car that tried to avoid but hit a car that had an accident first. The two cars that collided then caught fire.
