Officers Sterilize Kalikangkung Toll Gate Ahead Of One Way From Jakarta

SEMARANG - Officers began sterilizing the toll road starting from the Kalikangkung Semarang toll gate, Central Java, to the west ahead of the implementation of the one-way system on Friday night.

Sterilization is carried out by police officers starting from the Krapayak toll exit which is connected to the Semarang-Batang toll road.

"The plan will be implemented in one direction from Cikampek to Kalikangkung at 21.30 WIB," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Satake Bayu Setianto, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, April 5.

According to him, all police chiefs whose territory is crossed by the Trans Java toll road in the Central Java region are asked to prepare themselves.

He said how to act to deal with the implementation of a one-way system had been prepared.

"Given two hours before the implementation of the 'one way' nationally," he said.

Previously, the implementation of the one-way system was planned to start at 14.00 WIB.

The implementation of the one-way lane from the Cikampek Utama Jakarta toll gate has been postponed considering that the level of vehicle flow density is still under control.

Meanwhile, ahead of the implementation of the one-stream route, the condition of the Kalikangkung toll gate was relatively smooth.

Light rain flushed the area around the toll gate since 20.45 WIB.
