Marzuki Alie's Report To AHY Has Not Been Processed By The Police, Lawyer: The Requirements Are Not Complete

JAKARTA - The report of the former Secretary-General of the Democratic Party, Marzuki Alie, to five Democratic Party cadres including Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) has not been received. This is because the police asked to complete the reporting file.

Marzuki Alie's lawyer, Rusdiansyah, said that in the reporting process only some evidence was attached, one of which was a letter of dismissal from the Democratic Party.

"It turns out that the investigators asked us to complete the formal material requirements related to the provisions in the AD/ART (Statutes and bylaws) and PO (Organizational Regulations)", Rusdiansyah told reporters, Thursday, March 4.

To complete these requirements, said Rusdiansyah, his party would return to the Police Criminal Investigation Unit in a few days. So, with the complete requirements, the case will be processed immediately.

"At the latest, three days from now we'll be back here, to ask questions at the same time we will make a report", he said.

Given this lack of conditions, for now, it was decided to file a complaint first.

Furthermore, Rusdiansyah said that later five people would be reported back. One of them is Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY).

"The initials of the five people were first SH, one of the top leaders of the democratic party. Then HK, RN, HMP (Herzaki Mahendra Putra), and AHY", he said.

"We are complaining because we strongly suspect that there are a series of incidents of these five people jointly defaming and slandering our clients", he said.
