Minister Of Transportation: The Bocimi Toll Landslide Is Not A Management Error But A Natural Factor

Minister of Transportation (Menhub ) Budi Karya Sumadi emphasized that the landslide that caused the Bocimi Toll Road collapsed was not due to the fault of the toll manager. The collapse was due to natural factors.

"Because of that nature is not due to the management's fault," said the Minister of Transportation while reviewing the flow of homecoming at Gilimanuk Port, Jembrana Regency, Bali, Thursday, April 4.

The Minister of Transportation explained that his party had coordinated with the Ministry of PUPR to immediately handle the collapsed roads on the Bocimi Toll Road.

"Of course we have received a report from PU and it will be followed up immediately. And the experience of Demak's process of recovery can be done in a short time," he said.

Meanwhile, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo said the need for alternative routes on arterial routes during the closure of roads on the Bocimi Toll Road.

"Later we will prepare the socialization and the following instructions so that we can serve people who are usually served with the Bocimi route with the same destination," he said.
