Hotman Paris Jemawa, Debate Claims At Today's Constitutional Court Session Won By Prabowo-Gibran Team

JAKARTA - A member of the Prabowo-Gibran legal team, Hotman Paris Hutapea, claimed the trial for the 2024 presidential election dispute at the Constitutional Court (MK) today led to the victory of their camp.

"Today it was proven that expertise and high flight from the 02 lawyer team. It is really proven. Why? Today's debate was 100 percent won by us 12-0 for opponents," said Hotman Paris on the sidelines of the Constitutional Court building, Wednesday, April 3.

According to Hotman, the trial will argue more with the petitioner's argument, in this case Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud. Especially in the Recapitulation Information System (Sirekap). The experts and witnesses brought in by the General Elections Commission (KPU) dismissed allegations of fraud in the election vote acquisition in Sirekap.

Ditegaskan juga oleh ahli dan saksi KPU, perolehan suara pemilu tidak diambil dari data Sirekap, melainkan berdasarkan proses recapitulasi manual secara berjenjang.

"So it's not Sirekap that becomes a guide, but a manual calculation, yes tiered, it's really a manual calculation," said Hotman.

"So the quality of the lawyer is different. That's the difference. Today we de facto won in a 12--0 debate for the opponent. Really today most of the content of the lawsuit has been broken," he continued.
