Today, the Ganjar-Mahfud Camp Presents 19 Witnesses at the 2024 Presidential Election Dispute Hearing

JAKARTA - The Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD camp will present 19 witnesses and experts in the General Election Results Dispute (PHPU) trial at the Constitutional Court (MK), today, Tuesday, April 2.

Chairman of the Ganjar-Mahfud Democracy and Justice Team, Todung Mulya Lubis, said that of the 19 people present, 9 were experts and 10 were fact witnesses.

"There are ten fact witnesses and nine experts. There are a total of 19," said Todung to reporters, Tuesday, April 2.

The nine experts presented by the Ganjar-Mahfud camp include;

1. Dean of the Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University, Aan Eko Widiarto

2. Andalas University constitutional law expert, Charles Simambura

3. Professor of development economics at Padjadjaran University, Didin Damanhuri

4. STF Driyakara philosophy professor, Franz Magniz Suseno

5. Professor of psychology at the University of Indonesia, Hamdi Muluk

6. Former member of the Indonesian KPU, I Gusti Putu Artha

7. Pasundan University IT lecturer, Leony Lidya

8. Sociologist, Director of the Center for Social Representation Studies, Risa Permana Deli

9. Suharto

Meanwhile, the 10 fact witnesses presented were;

4. Hairul Anas Suaidi

5. Memed Ali Jaya

6. Mukti Ahmad

7. Maruli Manunggang Purba

Ganjar-Mahfud challenged the results of the 2024 presidential election to the Constitutional Court because they did not accept the decision of the General Election Commission (KPU) regarding the vote count results won by Prabowo-Gibran.

In the KPU's decision, Prabowo-Gibran won with 96,214,691 votes or 58.6 percent of the national valid votes. Meanwhile, Anies-Muhaimin won 40,971,906 votes or 24.9 percent of the valid national vote. Then Ganjar-Mahfud got 27,040,878 votes or 16.5 percent of the valid national vote.

The vote count results were then ratified in KPU Decree No. 360 in 2024.
