The Ministry Of Manpower Asks For Its Staff In The Regions To Monitor The Provisions For Payment Of THR Maximum D-7 Lebaran 2024

The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has asked its staff to continue to supervise the payment of the holiday allowance (THR) with the provision no later than 7 days before Eid al-Fitr 1445 H or 2024 AD.

The request was conveyed by the Director General of Industrial Relations and Social Security (PHI and Jamsos) of the Ministry of Manpower, Indah Anggoro Putri, to the ranks of the Ministry of Manpower in various regions.

He also reminded about the THR appeal for online workers such as online transportation drivers or online motorcycle taxis (ojol) and couriers using online platforms.

Although it is not mandatory to give, because of its appeal, Indah said that the provision of THR for workers with partnership relationships such as ojol and online couriers can be done through various types of incentives and conveniences.
