KPK Summons 4 ASN Employees Of The Ministry Of Transportation Regarding Allegations Of Corruption At DJKA

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned four state civil servants (ASN) of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) today, Thursday, March 28. They were summoned as witnesses to the development of a bribery case at the Directorate General of Railways (DJKA).

"The investigative team has scheduled summons and examinations of witnesses," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters in a written statement, Thursday, March 28.

Ali said the four ASN Ministry of Transportation summoned were Iwang Hendriawan, Sugi, Riski, and Agung Kuncoro. In addition, there was a witness from the private sector, namely Rizal Mardhani who was also summoned.

"(The examination, red) took place at the KPK's Red and White Building," he said.

The examination material for these five witnesses has not been detailed. However, they are suspected of knowing about the alleged corruption which is the development of the previous case.

As previously reported, the anti-corruption commission revealed that there were two state civil servants (ASN) who were new suspects in the bribery case of the Director General of Railways. One of them comes from the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub).

The KPK did not specify who was the suspect because complete information would be conveyed by forced detention. However, the information collected by the two names is an auditor or examiner at the BPK RI, Medi Yanto Sipahutar and Yofi Okatrisza who are ASN Kemenhub.

The stipulation of these two names is a development of the trial of the Director of PT Istana Putra Agung, Dion Renato Sugiarto. The KPK said investigators monitored the facts revealed at the Corruption Court at the Semarang District Court (PN).
