Polda Metro Focuses On Accelerating File On The Case Of Tamara Tyasmara's Child's Death

JAKARTA - The case of the death of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante, the son of Tamara Tyasmara, is still ongoing. Recent developments, investigators are still completing the case file with suspect Yudha Arfandi.

"Investigators are still completing the files, completing the case files," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Thursday, March 28.

The filing process was carried out after investigators asked for information from several experts, one of whom was a polygraph expert.

Where, based on the results of the polymeric examination of the suspect, it was found that there were two lies, namely an attempt to access CCTV around the swimming pool or where Dante drowned and the rebuttal had committed violence against Tamara Tyasmara.

"Yesterday several experts have conducted the latest examinations yesterday, there were 2 lies obtained based on the results of the examination of the suspect," he said.

It is hoped that investigators can immediately complete it. Then delegate it to the Prosecutor's Office for inspection of the completeness.

If it is declared to meet the formal and material requirements, investigators will immediately hand over the suspect and evidence. Thus, Yudha Arfandi can be tried at trial.

"So at this time it focuses on accelerating filing, so ask for time," said Ade.

In handling this case, investigators have carried out reconstructions in two locations, namely Polda Metro Jaya and Taman Pond Swimming Tirta, Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta.

In the reconstruction, there were 115 scenes that were re-enacted. In which, 65 of them described when the suspect buried Dante's body in the water.

Yudha Arfandi drowned Dante 12 times at different times.

Yudha Arfandi was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 359 of the Criminal Code.
